Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Please allow 1 to 2 days for processing as we make all items ourselves on an on-demand basis. We offer free shipping on all items. Packages that weigh less than one pound are shipped via USPS First Class Mail while packages that weigh more than one pound are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you need an item on an expedited basis (e.g., Next Day Air) please contact us by email and we'll respond immediately with a shipping rate quote.

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item please send an email with return request details to email@cranberrycollective.com. Please note that returns are not allowed for custom or personalized orders. Returns are allowed for all other products. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
